"Mouse" is a family pet that appears to be a regular housecoat but is in fact, a bobcat with no tail. This inspiration for this painting during one of my first encounters with Mouse who was posing and eyeing me from a distance. I loved the way he was standing there and the glossy reflection from the lacquered furniture. He allowed me to photograph him before scattering off to one of his hiding places.
