I took this photo while walking on Mt. Washington, Vancouver Island this past November. There was so much fresh snow. I was particularly taken by the still visible weeds under the surface of the pond. It likely freezed the next day. Most challenging was getting the reflection in the water believable as well as indicating the weeds just below the water surface.
