On my visit to ‘Darjeeling’ situated in Northern India, I came across this gentleman at a monastery weaving woolen handicrafts. I observed him work in silence as he patiently untangled and made his way through the chaotic balls of yarn. He wore the wrinkles on his face proudly. They flaunted years of experience in knitting and emanated focused energy. I felt like capturing this mesmerizing moment and expressing it through pastels on paper.
